- All tickets will be shipped via USPS First Class mail at least 1 month prior to the event. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery. If you have not received your tickets one week before the event, please email using the link on our Contact Page.

- All sales are final. No returns will be accepted and no refunds will be issued.

You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features.
